President
Richard C. Rich is the founding President of Rich & Associates, Inc., MEDPark, Inc. and MEDPark Management, Inc. With over 60 years of parking planning and design experience, Dick is recognized as one of the country's leading parking engineers. He has been instrumental in the design of over 3,000 parking projects nationwide, including some of the world's largest parking garages.
David N. Rich
Vice President/Project Development Director
Since joining Rich & Associates in 1986, David has served in a variety of roles including work on parking planning studies and design/build projects. As Director of Business Development, he is responsible for establishing new business and maintaining client relationships.

Sally A. Rich
Marketing
Since joining the firm in 1979, Sally has assisted the Planning Department, in working with project managers in data collection and fieldwork; along with assisting the chief architects in preparation of plans and specifications. Currently, Sally assists the Project Development Director, David Rich, with the preparation of proposals and marketing materials.

Richard W. Kinnell, A.I.A.
Vice President/Architect
Since joining our firm in 1980, Rick is considered one of the firm's most experienced functional designers. Rick is involved in parking functional planning and design. His experience includes the design of parking structures ranging in size from 150 spaces to 11,500 spaces. Rick is also involved in land use review relating to our demand and economic feasibility studies.

Matthew J. Jobin, R.A.
Associate/Senior Architect
Since joining the firm in 1983, Matt remains one of Rich & Associates' most experienced project managers and parking designers. He works closely with our parking planning staff in studying parking facility alternatives, including programming, site planning, design analysis, cost estimating and construction phasing. He has been instrumental in the design of more than 300 parking structures.

Patrick M. Hager
Architectural Designer
Since joining the firm in 1990, Pat has become Rich & Associates' most experienced and creative architectural designer of parking structures. Many of the design awards the firm has received for its work were designed under Pat's direction. His responsibilities include coordination of the CADD Department and overseeing design details. He is also recognized for his sensitivity to historic architecture and insuring our projects fit contextually into the urban fabric and streetscape.

Robert T. Wicke, R.A.
Vice President/Architect
Since joining the firm in 1997, Rob has assisted the project manager in the schematic design and design development of over 75 parking projects. Rob has a Masters in Architecture.

Tom Allardyce
Tech Support / CADD
Tom has been with the firm since 2006 and is a graduate from the University of Detroit Mercy with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree. As part of the technical drafting team, he assists the project managers of both the planning and architectural departments.

James R. St. Charles
Senior CAD Designer/BIM Coordinator
James has been with the firm since late 2017. James joins Rich & Associates Architectural Department with 28 years of experience in Steel, Concrete, Precast Concrete, Masonry, Wood & CFMF Construction. James has served as the lead drafter/designer for countless projects of varying types, facilities, and construction materials.

David W. Burr
Parking Planning Director
Since joining the firm in 1979, Dave has supervised data collection and evaluation. As Project Manager on many parking studies, Dave supervises field work and the coordination of efforts of the in-house designers on alternatives to be evaluated in the development of parking alternatives and recommendations. As the in-house computer programmer, Dave has designed and created several financial models and various computer programs used in the tabulation and interpretation phases of the feasibility studies.

Parking Planner
Wanda has been with Rich & Associates since early 2019. Wanda brings a wealth of knowledge to the Planning Department with over 20 years of professional business project planning experience and a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and Regional Development.

Robert H. Meyer
Structural Designer
Since joining the firm in 2002, Robert has proven himself an exceptional structural technician of parking structures. His experience includes the detailing of numerous parking structure projects throughout the country. Prior to joining the firm Robert worked for a precast manufacturer. His experience included detailing of prestressed soffit, joist and architectural panels for precast shop drawings.
