Over the past 25 years Rich & Associates has provided parking consulting, planning and design services to more than 30 college and university campuses across the country. Michigan State University Spartan Village Parking Structure, in East Lansing, Michigan, provides 881 parking spaces in three levels. The precast concrete facility provides parking to support the mixed-use housing development, student parking and parking for events at the Breslin Event Center and Munn Ice Arena. Rich & Associates provided parking consulting functional design, architectural and structural engineering design services to the lead architect, Neumann Smith Architecture and construction managers Walbridge.
Rich & Associates has been providing parking consulting and design service to Bradley University since 1998. Our latest project is the Main Street Parking Deck. This 632-space parking deck serves daily campus parking needs and special events at the new Renaissance Coliseum, a 165,000 square foot, multi-use athletic facility. Rich & Associates provided parking consulting functional design, architectural and structural engineering design services.
The Campus Green Parking Structure on the campus of Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, Michigan is a 473-space cast-in-place post-tensioned parking structure. This LEED Gold Certified facility features an 1,800 square foot office for the campus’ Public Safety Department, green roof sections over the office space and towers, EV charging stations, a pedestrian bridge connection to the Crane Liberal Arts & Sciences building and a new campus ring road connector. Rich & Associates provided parking consulting functional design, architectural and structural engineering design services.
