Over the last 57 years, the R&A staff has become a family-like culture constructed out of people that genuinely care about each other and their clients. Rich & Associates by nature is a family based company employing many children of our founder, Richard C. Rich, but even if you are not blood-related everyone here will make you feel like family. A big part of the family like culture at R&A comes from the fact that the average employee tenure is 20 years! Our veteran staff has created a one-of-a-kind culture at R&A that is unlike any other in the industry.

The entire company’s drive to adapt, grow, and maintain a successful business and working environment even during stressful times like the pandemic we are experiencing now, makes the people at R&A worth celebrating. Although we have been working from home lately and have not been able to enjoy each others humor in the office, birthday cake celebrations or Friday morning breakfasts! In the first half of 2020 alone, we have had several employees reach monumental milestones in their R&A careers.
