Last December the Troy Planning Commission approved plans for a mixed-use development on just over 4 acres on Crooks Road, in Troy, Michigan. The Planning Commission voted unanimously to approve the special use site plans submitted by developer Dennis Bostick. The exciting development includes a six-story, 140-room Hyatt Place Hotel, an 8,538-square-foot Fords Garage restaurant, and a five-level 354-space parking structure.
The parking structure is being built to support the parking needs of the development as well as the existing office building currently on site. Rich & Associates is working closely with the development team, including construction manager Gleeson Constructors and hotel architect, Legat Architects. Construction is scheduled to begin in this Spring. Rich & Associates is providing parking consulting, architectural and structural engineering design services.
