In June we reported on the groundbreaking of a new parking structure adjacent to the Corktown Lofts building in Detroit! The Corktown Lofts building, better known as The Assembly is a mixed-use redevelopment consisting of residential, office, and retail space that combined totals 160,000 square feet.
This new Corktown parking structure includes 450 spaces with provisions for ground level retail space. Rich & Associates is providing parking consulting, architectural and engineering design services for this new parking structure.
