Corktown’s Newest Parking Structure!

Construction is underway on a new parking structure adjacent to the Corktown Lofts building in Detroit! The Corktown Lofts building in Detroit better known as The Assembly (A Bedrock Property) is a mixed-use space consisting of residential, office, and retail space that combined totals 160,000 square feet in Detroit’s Corktown neighborhood. This reformed four-story commercial building was originally built in 1913 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017. This new parking structure is being built to provide parking for this 160,000 square foot mixed-use building. Rich & Associates is providing parking consulting, architectural and engineering design services for this new parking structure while Bedrock’s internal architectural team developed the architectural façade for the new parking structure.
