Rich & Associates worked alongside the City of Royal Oak providing parking consulting, architectural and engineering design services. The 2nd & Center Street Garage was successfully completed in January of 2018 and features 521 parking spaces and 5,725 square feet of retail space. The project also included streetscape improvements on 2nd and Center Streets, and provisions to connect to the existing Center Street garage. This is the second parking garage designed by Rich & Associates for the City of Royal Oak in the past 20 years.
